Teams have been working hard to develop creative solutions to this year’s challenges.  Appraisers have been trained on the ins and outs of scoring the teams.  Schedules have been created and volunteers recruited.  Please encourage your family, friends, teachers, and anyone who enjoys creativity to come watch the tournaments this year. The links below will take you to the Tournament Programs and required forms and information.

The South West Tournament will host teams from Darby, Frenchtown, and Eureka on February 25 at Frenchtown High School from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The South Central Tournament will host teams from Manhattan, Bozeman, and Billings on March 3 at Whittier Elementary from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The North Central Tournament will host teams from Cascade, Highwood, and Centerville on March 10 at MSU Great Falls from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

The State Tournament will be on March 24 at Manhattan Public Schools from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM with the Awards ceremony starting at 3:00 PM.

Teams should remember to bring 5 copies of their tournament Data Form.  Interactive Forms can be found in the Resource area on the IDODI website.  You should also bring two copies of the Declaration of Independence, 2 team photos preferably in costume, and one signed copy of the Montana Media Release.

Team Managers should check out the Tournament Checklist in order to know what to remember to do at the tournament.  Remember watching other teams is one of the best ways for teams to learn more ways to be creative, support other teams, and enjoy a wide variety of solutions to their challenge and the ones they did not solve.
